Healthcare concierge service TouchCare today shared the results of its most successful year to date, in which the company doubled its revenue for the second consecutive year, tripled its number of members, and saw an unprecedented 153 percent jump in the amount of users within its member base taking advantage of its services. TouchCare also grew its staff by 37 percent in 2020, with plans to continue hiring in 2021 as demand for its services continues to increase. With a 229 percent increase in open enrollment consults, over a million dollars of savings for members in labor hours and a 96 percent member satisfaction rating, the company is on a massive growth trajectory.
