TouchCare also grew its staff by 37 percent in 2020, with plans to continue hiring in 2021 as demand for its services continues to increase. With a 229 percent increase in open enrollment consults, over a million dollars of savings for members in labor hours and a 96 percent member satisfaction rating, the company is on a massive growth trajectory.
