ClinicalCare combines personalized care management, telehealth services, claims analysis, and expert healthcare navigation support to meet members at any point of their healthcare journey. By integrating data insights and personalized guidance, ClinicalCare provides a holistic and proactive approach that delivers a health program unique to each member’s needs. Each program is led by experts from a diverse spectrum of specialties including physicians, nurses, therapists/counselors, physical therapists, health coaches, and expert health assistants.
