Our Sales and Marketing teams play a critical role in expanding TouchCare’s impact and that’s where you come in. This role is critical to ensuring our Special Services offerings, including TouchCare Method, TouchCare LOA, and our expanded Open Enrollment (OE) solution are positioned and adopted as strategic solutions.
The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Leader, Special Services to own the growth, positioning, and reporting of our Special Services product portfolio. In this role, you will drive sales strategy and execution, serving as a hands-on expert in Leave of Absence (LOA) to build trusted client relationships and scalable growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic leader who can translate deep subject-matter expertise into high-value solutions that align with complex client needs.
What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Own the sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth for all Special Services products.
- Lead sales efforts specifically for TouchCare Method, TouchCare LOA, and expanded OE solutions.
- Position Special Services as differentiated, high-value solutions that address complex client requirements.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in Leave of Absence (LOA), providing informed guidance to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize deep LOA knowledge to establish credibility with partners and support portfolio growth.
Relationship Management & Collaboration
- Build, manage, and expand strategic relationships with brokers, consultants, and employer clients.
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are positioned and delivered effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment from sale through delivery.
Performance & Planning
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and trends specific to the Special Services offerings.
- Support go-to-market planning and the future expansion of the Special Services portfolio.

Location: Stamford, CT. This position will be in-person, 5 days a week in the office.
